Return/Exchange Policy
Slubb, masturbation tool is designed for personal use. We offer a 14 day money back guarantee for returns. Because it is a personal use product, there will be a $40 restocking fee associated with all returns.
The machine portion of the product, including the battery, the battery charger and the multi-tool itself, we guarantee for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Exchanges for the battery, battery charger or machine will be processed at no charge to the customer.
Order Cancellation Policy
Should an order be cancelled before it is shipped, there will be no charge. If the order has shipped, and is returned unopened, there will not be a restocking fee associated with the return. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for orders cancelled after shipping has occurred.
